PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice speech system constructed on an Internet telephone system. SOLUTION: In the voice speech system constructed on the Internet telephone system, analog and Internet telephone devices are enabled to make a voice speech with each other via the Internet telephone system without the need to change the existing habit of using. In order to register the analog telephone device in the Internet telephone system, a communication mediation device in the system is required to replace the analog telephone device with an Internet telephone user service in the Internet telephone system, and a purpose of the speech is achieved by analog/digital signal conversion. An Internet telephone knows only a telephone number of a party from data registered beforehand to automatically convert the telephone number into a corresponding Internet telephone account and to make a call via the Internet telephone system.
