PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor material which can be manufactured by a simple application process, has excellent transistor characteristics, and high stability to oxygen contained in air, and is protected against deterioration with time, and to provide an organic semiconductor film, an organic semiconductor device, and an organic thin film transistor which use the material. SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor material is represented by a formula (1). In the formula (1), A denotes an aromatic condensation polycyclic structure where three or more rings are condensed, and Z<SB>1</SB>and Z<SB>2</SB>represent an aromatic hydrocarbon ring or a complex aromatic ring, respectively. R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>represent an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, an aryl group, an alkyl silil group, or an alkyl gel mill group, respectively. R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>may be joined to each other to form a ring. L is a bivalent coupling group selected from groups composed of an alkylene group, a cyclo alkylene group, an alkenylene group, an alkynylene group, an allylene group, an oxy group, a thio group, and a dialkyl silane-1, 1-gill group, and m is an integer of 1 to 6.
