PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus capable of easily making sensitivity setting in accordance with color. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging apparatus is provided with a green pixel 1G having a photo diode unit, into which incidence of green light is effected, a red pixel 1R having a photo diode unit, into which incidence of red light is effected, and a blue pixel 1B having a photo diode unit, into which incidence of blue light is effected, while the cell size of the green pixel 1G is different from the cell size of the red pixel 1R and the cell size of the blue pixel 1B.
