PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display driving device which can obtain satisfactory display quality by correcting the effect of variation ofΔV and suppressing the deterioration of the display quality even when theΔV varies every column of a display panel, and to provide a display apparatus with the display driving device. SOLUTION: In the display apparatus where a gate driver and a source driver are mounted on one edge side of the display panel 10 having a plurality of display pixels, the extent of a scanning signal voltage output from the gate driver is corrected so as to make level dropping amountΔV of gradation signal voltage due to the difference of a wiring resistance or the like constant.
