PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving method of information display panel which does not allow a drawing speed to get slow even in an information display panel successively addressed every scanning electrode upon image display of information. SOLUTION: In the driving method of information display panel, at least one kind of display medium composed of at least one kind of particle is enclosed between two sheets of substrates of which at least one side is transparent, a voltage is applied between a scanning electrode and a data electrode to generate an electric field in the substrates and, thereby, the display medium is moved to display information such as an image, wherein displayed image data apply the same voltage to a plurality of the same scanning electrodes at the same time to form an information image.
