PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 2-part addition reaction curing type adhesive for silicone rubbers containing calcium carbonate powder, having a small change in viscosity over a long period, uniformly mixable, affording initially designed physical characteristics of the cured silicone rubber as well as good adhesiveness and curing by a hydrosilylating reaction. SOLUTION: The 2-part addition reaction curing type adhesive for the silicone rubbers is composed of (A) an alkenyl group-containing diorganopolysiloxane, (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane, (C) the calcium carbonate powder surface-treated with a paraffinic compound, (D) inorganic powder selected from quartz, aluminum hydroxide, diatomaceous earth, alumina, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, iron oxide, magnesium carbonate and carbon black and (E) a catalyst for the hydrosilylating reaction. The composition (I) contains the components (A), (C), (E) and, optionally, the component (D) without containing the component (B) and the composition (II) contains the components (A), (B) and (D) without containing the components (C) and (E).
