PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost and size of a means for maintaining an engagement state of a planet gear and a gear to which power is transmitted. SOLUTION: A boss 77a as a locked part is formed in an oscillation member 77 for supporting the planet gear 78 selectively engaged with a gear 79 by sun-and-planet motion around a sun gear 76. A lock part 80a is formed in a spring cam gear 80. Due to rotation of a hopper cam gear 80a, a constraining state where the operation of the boss 77a is constrained by the lock part 80a and a non-constraining state where the operation of the boss 77a is not constrained by the lock part 80a are switched.
