PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel for a vehicle capable of suppressing generation of burrs caused by lathing on a back side of a design surface. SOLUTION: In the wheel for the vehicle in which an as-cast part is formed on a back side of a design surface, an upper end side of a side surface of the as-cast part is more inclined with respect to the axle direction than that of a center part, and the side surface on the upper end side is lathed so as to be across a cutting surface in the lathing of the back side of the design surface. This lathing is effective in the application when the draft angle of the center part of the as-cast part is≤10°, and the draft angle of the side surface on the upper end side is preferably >10°.
