PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool arrangement technique for carrying out tool arrangement in high precision for a short period of time without fluctuation by a worker. SOLUTION: A linear scale 4 in parallel with a Z axis 13 orthogonal with a B axis 14 is arranged against a B axis table 6 of the B axis 14 on which a grinding wheel 16 is placed, displacement dZ of a head end part in a direction of the Z axis 13 is measured by making a contact element 7 of the linear scale 4 contact with the head end part of the grinding wheel 16 every time in revolving the B axis table 6 by a specified angle, a slipping quantityΔX and a slipping quantityΔZ in each of directions of an X axis 11 and the Z axis 13 between a B axis rotating center 17 of the B axis table 6 and a grinding wheel head circular arc central point 9 of the head end part of the grinding wheel 16 are found by multiple regression computation, etc., and correction of the displacement of the B axis table 6 against the B axis 14 or a data in an NC program is carried out so as to correct these slipping quantityΔX and slipping quantityΔZ.
