PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifying/heating device which prevents scattered dew condensation water from adhering to a condenser without using a partition plate obstructing a ventilating circuit, the air flow volume from declining, and a dehumidification and heating performance from deteriorating. SOLUTION: The dehumidifying/heating device is equipped with a compressor 1, a condenser 20, an expansion mechanism 3, a heat pump system 23 having a vaporizer 21, and a ventilating circuit 23 in which air passes to an air flow inlet opening 6, vaporizer 21, condenser 20, and air flow exit 7 in that order. The gravity direction end 21a of the vaporizer 21 is arranged in the lower side in the gravity direction than the gravity direction end 20a of the condenser 20. By this arrangement, even if the dew condensation water deposited on the vaporizer 21 is scattered in the bottom end, a deposit of the dew condensation water on the condenser 20 can be prevented, and a decline of performance in dehumidification and heating is prevented, without using a partition plate obstructing the ventilating circuit.
