PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soaking bag which provides clothing with an excellent permeability to a detergent, and achieves efficient soaking effects for utilizing maximum capability of the detergent by using a small amount of water and the detergent. SOLUTION: The soaking bag is provided with a sealable bag 1 having a zipper 2 for inserting the clothing, a suction device 5 for decompressing the bag 1 by sucking air through a first valve device 3, a liquid storing bottle 8 for a detergent liquid for pouring the detergent liquid into the bag 1 through a second valve device 6, and a liquid pump 9.
