<p>[PROBLEMS] To reserve a communication band for information to be transmitted and further prevent impediment to communication quality. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Host terminals (A0,B0,C0) of a communication system (S), when terminals (A1-3,B1-3,C1-3) being connected to them for establishment of new communication, determine, in a step S130, whether the connection sequence of steps S141, S142 and S144 can be implemented in time slots having been allocated to terminal groups (Ga,Gb,Gc). If a result of this determination is negative, the use of the time slots is inhibited, thereby avoiding the difficulty in reserving communication periods for information to be primarily transmitted by use of the time slots so as to prevent the degradation of the communication quality.</p> |
