A channel service system is provided to generate an AD(Advertisement) list according to broadcast contents of each channel through an AD list allocation unit and transmit the same. A contents bank(405) and an AD bank(420) register a contents file and an AD file. A meta data DB(415) registers meta data of the registered contents file and AD file. A schedule DB(430) registers a broadcast schedule programming table having advertisement insertion positions designated for each contents file. An AD list allocation unit(425) requests transmission of a list of ADs to be inserted into each AD insertion position of the broadcast schedule programming table from an AD server(200) and registers a list of advertisements received in response to the request in corresponding AD insertion positions. A stream transmission service server(450) accesses a contents file and an AD file included in a broadcast schedule programming table of an allocated channel, stores them, accesses the stored contents file and AD file, and transmits them in a streaming manner.
