A surface protection method of a concrete structure is provided to form a perfect permanent structure by forming a concrete protection layer and a waterproof layer using FRP having excellent adhesive strength. A surface protection method of a concrete structure for protecting the surface of a concrete structure by forming FRP laminate layers(10) to the appointed thickness comprises the steps of removing impurities attached to the surface of concrete, applying primer(2) and applying primary FRP(3), and then compressing using a pneumatic device(7) attached with a roller, and perforating on the primary FRP at regular intervals using a drill and fixing with anchors reinforced with FRP, and then applying second FRP(6).
