An apparatus for closing an end portion of a synthetic porous pipe is provided to rotate the synthetic resin porous pipe slowly if the synthetic resin porous pipe is interposed between a rotation roller and a pressing roller and close two opposite ends of the porous pipe by using a heater part, a molten resin injector, and a cooling roller, so that the whole stiffness of the synthetic resin porous pipe is improved. Rotation rollers(200) are arranged by a predetermined interval and rotate a synthetic resin porous pipe(100) slowly if the synthetic resin porous pipe is rested. A pressing roller(210) presses the upper portion of the synthetic resin porous pipe and allows the synthetic resin porous pipe to stick to the rotation roller in the rest of the synthetic resin porous pipe. A driving motor(300) is driven if the synthetic resin porous pipe is interposed between the rotation roller and the pressing roller. A closing unit(400) injects molten resin into a space(110) of the synthetic resin porous pipe to close two opposite ends of the synthetic resin porous pipe.
