A synthetic leather covering method for molded products and a structure thereof are provided to bond the molded product formed by hardening resin and glass fiber on synthetic leather, equally by vacuum-pressing the synthetic leather in the predetermined shape in a vacuum mold, applying an adhesive on the synthetic leather, and then impregnating the synthetic leather with liquid resin and glass fiber. A synthetic leather covering method for molded products(70) comprises the steps of: installing synthetic leather(30) in a molding machine(10) while stretching the synthetic leather; thermally treating the installed synthetic leather; placing the thermally treated synthetic leather on a relief mold(40) and then vacuum-pressing and hardening the synthetic leather; separating the synthetic leather from the relief mold; putting the molded synthetic leather on a product forming intaglio mold(50) and vacuum-pressing the synthetic leather; applying an adhesive(60) on the synthetic leather, laminating the molded product impregnated with liquid resin and glass fiber, and then hardening and separating the molded product; and cutting and testing the molded product.
