An ultrasound system for providing a plurality of ultrasound images and a method thereof are provided to allow a user to simultaneously compare and analyze the plurality of ultrasound images. An ultrasound system(100) includes a storing unit(140), a probe(110), a data forming unit(130), a processor(150), and a display unit(160). The storing unit stores data of a plurality of ultrasound images. The probe transmits an ultrasound signal to an object and receives the ultrasound signal reflected from the object to form a receiving signal. The data forming unit forms first ultrasound image data based on the receiving signal. The processor reads at least one second ultrasound image data from the storing unit and forms first and second ultrasound image signals based on the first and second ultrasound image data. The display unit displays first and second ultrasound images based on the first and second ultrasound image signals. The processor controls a screen region of the display unit.
