A location information transceiving method and a mobile communication terminal are provided to transceive location information through a Bluetooth wireless transmission method from the terminal and to transmit the location information through a relay method. A display(224) displays location information of the destination. An input unit(222) sets location information of a particular destination. A transceiver receives location information of a particular destination from a terminal. A controller(220) decides whether the location information on the destination set through the input unit is the same as the location information on the destination received through the transceiver. If so, the controller displays the location information of the destination and controls so that an alarm indicating that a user arrives at the set destination is operated.
