<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control fuel pressure in a pressure accumulation chamber by displacing a spool into the axial direction of a solenoid by magnetic force generated by the solenoid and elastic force of a spring irrespective of change with age of a flow rate control valve for adjusting flow rate of fuel. <P>SOLUTION: The spool 62 displaceable in the axial direction of a cylinder 61 of an absorption amount adjusting valve 60 is stored in the cylinder 61. A fuel introducing passage 63 extended in the axial direction of the spool 62 and a plurality of communicating passages 64 extended in the radial direction are formed in the spool 62. On the other hand, a plurality of flow passages 65 are formed in the cylinder 61. The spool 62 is pressed in one direction by elastic force of the spring 66 and is absorbed in the other direction by magnetic force of the solenoid 68. When sliding resistance of the inner periphery of the absorption amount adjusting valve 60 and the spool 62 is increased, quantity of electric current carried for the solenoid 68 is forcedly reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
