<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting a fuel pipe on an engine body, which provides both excellent vibration-resistance and durability, and prevents an increase of stress remaining in the fuel pipe which has been fastened. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel pipe 1 is attached to the engine body (intake manifold) through three or more fastening portions. Only rigid members are used for fastening at least two of the fastening portions (brackets 7, 8 and boss portions 11, 12). Elastic members (collars 17, 18) are used for fastening at least one fastening portion (a bracket 9 and a boss portion 13) in a combination of the adjacent fastening portions, the distance between which is smaller than that of another combination of the adjacent fastening portions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
