<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package comprising a composition, which can be used as iron refuse used heretofore in the manufacture of steel from an article to be treated, which contains a short filamentary substance comprising bead wires and/or steel wires recovered from a waste tire produced in a waste tire treatment step to be handled as industrial waste treatment or an article to be treated containing short filamentary substance comprising bead wires and/or steel wires subjected to incineration treatment, and having a proper weight and volume. <P>SOLUTION: The article to be treated containing the short filamentary substance is treated using a magnetic means to separate and take out the short filamentary substance to fill a drum can by a mechanical means and the drum can is compressed and sealed to obtain the package. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
