<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gateway device by which traffic concentration on an anchor is avoided, even when a service area of a GW is made small. <P>SOLUTION: The gateway device which connects an IP network with a radio network, including a mobile terminal to perform packet transfer, has a network resource control part 24 which manages network resources of a communication line, to which the self-device is connected and instructs that a transfer path of a packet to the mobile terminal is changed into a path which does not pass through own-device, when the network resources exceed a predetermined threshold and a mobility management part 25, which changes the transfer path of the packet with respect to the mobile terminal, based on an instruction of the network resource control part 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
