<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data inflow controller and control method for controlling delivery of data appropriately at a moment in time when new communication is started between a base station and a mobile station in a wireless section. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication system comprises a plurality of mobile stations, a control station for relaying packets addressed to the plurality of mobile stations, and a base station for storing the packets received from the control station temporarily and delivering the packets to the plurality of mobile stations. The control station has a sublayer processing section 302 for determining the initial amount of data being delivered from the control station to the base station with regard to a mobile station starting communications anew based on the number of mobile stations performing communications already in an area covered by the base station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
