PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide multilayer oriented film having excellent dimensional stability, aroma preserving properties, moisture resistance and excellent pinhole resistance while retaining an excellent strong tenacity and gas barrier functionalities which are a feature of the polyamide multilayer oriented film. SOLUTION: A multilayer oriented film obtained by biaxially orienting a polyamide multilayer laminate having at least five layers of crystalline polyester layer/modified polyester elastomer layer/aliphatic polyamide layer/modified polyester elastomer layer/crystalline polyester layer by 2.5 to 4.5 times in a vertical direction and by 2.5 to 5 times in a horizontal direction comprises the total thickness of the multilayer oriented film being 10 to 50μm, the thickness of each layer forming the multilayer oriented film having the crystalline polyester layer of 0.5 to 15μm, the aliphatic polyamide layer of 5 to 40μm and the modified polyester elastomer layer of 0.5 to 3μm, and the thickness of a polyamide layer in the multilayer oriented film being 30 to 95%.
