PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality inspection device of a folded laminate for more accurately judging the presence of the defectiveness of the folded laminate, and conveyance facility equipped with it. SOLUTION: The quality inspection device is equipped with an imaging device 3 for imaging a folded laminate 1, which is formed by superposing a plurality of sheets one upon another while folding them, from above to form imaging data and an image processor for judging the presence of the defectiveness of the folded laminate on the basis of the imaging data formed by the imaging device.
