PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a door pull to be installed in an arm rest capable of excellently maintaining correspondence between the arm rest and the door pull and reinforcing fitting strength of the door pull. SOLUTION: The door pull 40 is integrated with the inside of the arm rest 30 so that an opening 34 of the arm rest 30 for the door pull and an opening 41 opened in the top surface of the door pull 40 correspond to each other, and thereafter, when engaging an engagement piece 45 of the door pull 40 with a lock claw 25 of a door trim main body 20, an upper part of the engagement piece 45 of the door pull 40 is formed with a projection 46, and this projection 46 is pushed to the surface of the door trim main body 20, so that the impact is applied to the engagement piece 45 of the door pull 40 to reinforce the engaging force.
