PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove an inner case regardless of the position of a bed or the like disposed in front of the case and to facilitate treatment for the buttocks of a carereceiver at the end of evacuation. SOLUTION: Since the inner case 50 accommodated in an outer case 60 fitted to a chair part 2 is removed from a rear opening 62 side of the outer case 60, and freely carried, the positional relationship between the bed and a portable toilet 1 is set optionally. Further, even when the carereceiver is still seated on a seat part 40, the inner case can be removed from the rear opening 62 side of the outer case 60, so that the hands can reach the buttocks of the seated carereceiver. Thus, treatment for the buttocks of the carereceiver can be freely made at the end of evacuation, and it is not necessary to incline forward the carereceiver to wipe out the buttocks at the end of evacuation and put the hand in through a gap between the portable toilet 1 and the buttocks. Accordingly, the mental/physical burden of both the caregiver and the carereceiver can be lessened. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
