PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal cabinet in which a side plate and a back plate constituted by folding metal plates are firmly connected by generating no gaps. SOLUTION: The side plate 10 and the back plate 20 are made of a stainless plate. A back side cut end face 15 is formed by folding the back end fringe of a housing space forming face 11 of the side plate 10 to the outer side of the cabinet 2 and a right side connecting face portion 25 with an L shape in plan view comprising a base end face 28 and a front end face 29 superimposed on the corner portion between the housing space forming face 11 and the back side cut end face 15 of the side plate 10 is arranged in the right end fringe of the housing space forming face 21 of the back plate 20. The respective corresponding faces are bonded each other with two faces 11, 15 forming the corner portion of the side plate 10 superimposed on the base end face 28 and the front end face 29 of the back plate 20.
