PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and highly efficiently detect a fraud by a third person or a parlor clerk when supplying game media to a storage tank of a game machine. SOLUTION: A parlor computer 13 counts the number A of tokens inserted, the number C of tokens putout and the number D of tokens dispensed after receiving a previous NE (Nearly Empty) signals from a Pachinko-slot machine 10, when receiving a next NE signal, searches whether a relational expression "A+B≈C+D" adding the number B of tokens supplied thereto is satisfied or not, when the relational expression is satisfied, determines that no fraud is done and supplies tokens, however, when the relational expression is not satisfied, determines that the fraud is done.
