PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing mounting structure for mounting a second housing to a first housing with high accuracy, a housing structure equipped with the housing mounting structure, and an electronic device equipped with the housing structure. SOLUTION: A fastening means 11 is provided for fastening the second housing 103 to the first housing 102. The fastening means comprises a screw 13, a screw receiving part 14 provided at the second housing, and a threaded hole part 15 provided at the first housing and corresponding to the screw receiving part. The second housing is arranged so that the screw receiving part is located on the inner surface side of the threaded hole part in the first housing, and the screw is inserted from the threaded hole part and screwed with the screw receiving part.
