A system and a method for processing information, and a program recording medium for the same are provided to collect and manage multimedia contents advertisers easily by linking keyword AD(ADvertisement) with multimedia contents AD when the advertiser registers the keyword AD, and enable the advertiser to secure a new keyword search channel and enable a search service provider to maximize search profit by providing a keyword search using the multimedia contents AD. A multimedia contents transmitter(305) transmits multimedia contents to a terminal(100). A data transmitter(325) transmits keyword data to the terminal. An information processor stores the keyword data selected by a client and search result link information corresponding to a keyword to a storage medium(345) when the client viewing the multimedia contents selects the keyword data. The data transmitter displays the result data to an area neighboring to the area for displaying the multimedia contents by linking with the multimedia contents transmitter. A search result corresponding to the keyword includes AD data of the advertiser buying the keyword data or making a sponsor contract corresponding to the keyword data.
