A vehicle height measuring device is provided to measure vehicle height by using a wire whose length is changed according to vertical movement of an assist arm. A vehicle height measuring device comprises a wire(30) and a spiral spring(40). The wire supports an assist arm(20) and connects a vehicle height measuring sensor(10) with an assist arm support bracket(22). The spiral spring gives reciprocating force to a rotation unit(12) of the vehicle height measuring sensor to give reciprocating force to the wire to return the assist arm in place. When the assist arm is in operation the wire is wound around the rotation unit connected to the vehicle height measuring sensor as the rotation unit rotates as much as the wire is released. |
