Use of a welding filler material for metal inert gas welding of vehicle components

Use of a welding filler material for metal inert gas welding of vehicle components is new. The filler material is used for welding a first component made from a first aluminum alloy (AlMgSi), a second component made from a second aluminum alloy (AlMg4.5Mn0.4) and a third component made from a third aluminum alloy (AlSi10 Mg(Fe)). An independent claim is also included for a component for a vehicle.
