The engine has two cylindrical rotors (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b) rotating within a cylindrical chamber circularly and coupled to one another. The cylindrical chamber has an inlet opening (A) provided for air-fuel-mixture and an outlet opening (B) provided for exhaust gas after the fuel combustion as well as an access opening (E) provided for an ignition process. Multiple spring washers (C1, C2) are provided between centers of the rotors, where the spring washers press the rotors against an upper wall and a lower wall of the cylindrical chamber.
