A method of manufacturing functional ice by mixing various drinks and water in a suitable mixing ratio and forming in a predetermined form in an ice making machine is provided to obtain the functional ice which prevents the drinks from tasting flat and to enable the drinks to maintain the original taste as it was until the drink is consumed completely even if the ice is melted. Various drinks such as coffee, green tea, black tea, herbal tea and the like are mixed with water in a suitable mixing ratio and formed in a predetermined form in an ice making machine to produce functional ice. The functional ice has various shapes such as a tetragon, hexagon or heart shape.
