A vessel having an opening and closing device is provided to improve use convenience by opening and shutting an ejection port by a switch device installed at the lateral side. A vessel(A) is composed of: a body(2) having a containing part(20) formed inside and an opening unit formed at the upper part; an upper cover(4) provided with an ejection port(620) and combined with the opening unit of the body; a cap member(6) provided with an ejection pipe(622) communicating with the ejection port and installed between the opening unit of the body and the upper cover; an opening and closing unit(9) comprising an opening and closing member(92) opening and shutting the ejection pipe by rotation and a wire(94) rotating the opening and closing member; and a switch device(8) elastically installed on the lateral side of the body to drive the wire.
