A pipe joining method and a corrugated pipe coupling method are provided to employ a connector coupling screw such that a corrugated pipe is coupled to the rear portion of a body, and couple a pipe to a faucet joint pipe and a corrugated pipe to a faucet case having the faucet joint pipe when the faucet case is buried in a wall structure. A first corrugated pipe(6) is shortly cut such that a protruding pipe is exposed. A second corrugated pipe(7) having a great inner diameter coupled to a prepared connector(8) is inserted into the first corrugated pipe and then moved down. The protruding pipe is piped into a connection member(4) of a faucet joint pipe(3) embedded in a faucet case(1) by using a connector coupling screw. The connector coupled to the second corrugated pipe having the great inner diameter is moved up such that the connector is coupled to the connector coupling screw. The connector is previously coupled to the connector coupling screw of the faucet case, the second corrugated pipe is inserted into the second corrugated pipe and moved down, and then the protruding pipe is connected to the connector. The second corrugated pipe is moved up so that the second corrugated pipe is coupled to the connector.
