A goods transferring apparatus is provided to stably transfer goods in case of a perpendicular change of direction during linear movement of the goods without adapting a roller conveyor type. A goods transferring apparatus includes a goods direction change unit. The goods direction change unit includes a vertical transfer support frame(450), a pair of first guide rails(500), a pair of second guide rails(600), a roll unit, and a vertical movement driving unit(800). The vertical transfer support frame is installed at one of both side parts of a horizontal transfer support frame and has a regular length vertically. The pair of first guide rails are installed at both sides of an upper part of the vertical transfer support frame and have a vertical guide surface and a horizontal guide surface. The pair of second guide rails is installed at both sides of an upper part of a carrier(300). The roll unit is in contact with both sides of a lower surface of a goods receiving member(400) and vertical and horizontal guide surfaces of the second guide rail at the same time. The vertical movement driving unit provides driving force to vertically move the goods receiving member when the first guide rail is vertically in alignment with the second guide rail by a horizontal movement driving unit(200).
