METHOD OF IMAGE QUALITY EVALUATION, AND SYSTEM THEREOF

A system and a method for evaluating image quality are provided to enable a module to measure the image quality using a predicted image, thereby measuring subjective image quality based on objective standards without a user of a separate physical device in a wired/wireless communication network on which it is difficult to acquire an original image. A system provides the measurement of subjective image quality for evaluating the quality of an image outputted from a wired/wireless or local image terminal. The system includes a prediction module(130) and an image quality measurement module(140). The prediction module acquires a transmission image outputted from an image acquisition device(120) and predicts an image in the terminal through the acquired image. The image quality measurement module measures subjective image quality by objective standards from the predicted image.
