PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device controller acquiring information about a rotation angle of an operation device according to a sensor signal outputted by a gyrosensor mounted on the operation device while reducing influence due to an individual difference or fluctuation of a reference sensor signal.

SOLUTION: This controller for the operation device having the gyrosensor, which detects an angular velocity and outputting a sensor signal corresponding to the detected angular velocity, acquires an output signal outputted from a signal output means outputting the output signal corresponding to a difference between the sensor signal outputted by the gyrosensor and a predetermined reference signal. Based on the output signal, the controller estimates the reference sensor signal outputted when the gyrosensor detects no angular velocity, and varies the predetermined reference signal according to the estimated reference sensor signal.
