<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a state in which attendant operational trouble may occur even when setting of an operation parameter has a defect. <P>SOLUTION: A parameter setting unit 37 sets an operation parameter necessary for operating an area managing unit 32 and a terminal authenticating unit 35. A parameter check unit 38 determines whether or not a defect of setting exists in the operation parameter to be set by the parameter setting unit 37. An operation mode setting unit 39 selects an operation mode responding to a result of determination performed by the parameter check unit 38 from among a plurality operation modes which are different each other, and manages each operation state of the area managing unit 32 and the terminal authenticating unit 35 based on the selected operation mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
