<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-cooled duct having the high heat radiating effect, and having the long product service life. <P>SOLUTION: This water-cooled duct 3 is composed of an inner cylinder 31 and an outer cylinder 32, and has a flowing water guide 33 in a clearance between both cylinders for forming a flow passage for flowing cooling water over between a water supply port 3a and a drain port 3b while revolving the cooling water.
