PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shop temperature management system, a shop temperature management method and its program capable of properly managing temperature in a shop corresponding to arrangement of commodities in the shop. SOLUTION: This shop temperature management system comprises a plurality of electronic price tag units respectively mounted on a plurality of normal temperature commodity display shelves, a commodity warmer and a commodity cooler, and incorporating temperature detecting means for detecting ambient temperatures, an ambient temperature acquiring means for acquiring the detected temperatures from the plurality of electronic price tag units, an electronic price tag group registering means for classifying the plurality of electronic price tag units into an electronic price tag group for warmer/cooler attached to the commodity warmer and the commodity cooler, and an electronic price tag group for room temperature detection, mounted on the plurality of normal temperature commodity display shelves, and registering them, and a detected temperature displaying means for classifying the acquired detected temperatures into every group and displaying them on a display portion.
