PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transport sufficient heat to a noncondensation portion of a wide range in a cooling storage where heat of a high-temperature head of a Stirling refrigerating machine is conducted to the noncondensation portion by a brine. SOLUTION: The Stirling refrigerating machine 20 comprises the high-temperature head 21 and a low-temperature head 22, and the inside of the cooling storage 1 is cooled by the cold of the low-temperature head 22. The heat of the high-temperature head 21 is radiated to the outside of the storage through a high temperature-side first circulation circuit 30, and conducted to the noncondensation portion 56 of the cooling storage 1 through a high temperature-side second circulation circuit 50. The high temperature-side second circulation circuit 50 is provided with a heat exchanger 51a, a radiating portion 52a, a radiating portion 52b, a heat exchanger 51b, a radiating portion 52c and a radiating portion 52d successively connected in series in this order. The radiating portion 52a radiates heat to a defrosted water evaporating portion 13, the radiating portion 52b radiates the heat to the outside air, the radiating portions 52c, 52d radiate heat to the noncondensation portion.
