PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device for a wheel, which prevents muddy water passing through a slight clearance between both inner and outer deflectors, from infiltrating between both inner and outer raceway surfaces of a rolling bearing. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing device comprises: an outer ring member 40 fixed to a vehicle body side member 13; an inner ring member 33 provided at the outer periphery of an axle 20; and a plurality of rolling elements 51 arranged in a rollable manner between both raceway surfaces 38, 41 of the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring member 40 and the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring member 33. The inner deflector 70 is provided at the outer peripheral surface of the axle 20, and the cylindrical outer deflector 75 insert-fitted with a slight clearance to the outer peripheral surface of the inner deflector 70 is pressure-fixed at its one end to the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring member 40. An annular infiltration preventing part 80 receiving muddy water to allow it to flow down to a lower part is provided near a press-in part 76 of the outer deflector 75 at the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring member 40.
