PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine capable of improving engine efficiency by preventing residence of engine oil in a cam chamber. SOLUTION: The engine 10 having a structure discharging engine oil 300 supplied into a cam chamber 100B formed between a cylinder head cover 16 and a cylinder head block 14, from the cam chamber 100B to a crank chamber 100A through a drain path 44, is provided with a breather tube 302 having one end thereof communicated to the crank chamber 100A and another end thereof communicated to the cam chamber 100B, and a blow-by tube 304 having one end thereof communicated to the crank chamber 100A and another end thereof communicated to an intake air passage (such as an air cleaner 26) of the engine 100.
