PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall structure by which an exterior wall having a vibration control function and excellent appearance can be materialized. SOLUTION: The exterior wall structure includes a plurality of exterior wall underlayer materials fitted to a skeleton of a building, and an external facing material provided astride adjacent exterior wall underlayer materials of the exterior wall underlayer materials. Viscoelastic members are provided between the skeleton and the exterior wall underlayer materials, and between the exterior wall underlayer materials and the external facing material, respectively.
