PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aqueous liquid cleaner compositions for liquid crystal panels which are capable of effectively removing large variety of liquid crystal materials having different physical properties due to the differences of their chemical structures. SOLUTION: The aqueous liquid cleaner compositions for the liquid crystal panels comprise components (D), (E), (F) and (G), and a specific amount of water. The component (D) is 8-20C hydrocarbon compound having 5-50 mass%, the component (E) is an anionic surface-active agent having 1-20 mass%, the component (F) is a compound illustrated in general formula (4): R<SP>4</SP>O(BO)<SB>o</SB>R<SP>5</SP>, wherein R<SP>4</SP>represents an alkyl group having 4-11C, an alkenyl group, a phenyl group or a benzyl group, R<SP>5</SP>represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1-4C, BO represents an oxyalkylene having 2-3C, o represents an integer of 1 to 6, having 1-40 mass%, and the component (G) is dimethyl sulfoxide having 1-20 mass%.
