PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition capable of forming an insulated film having good film property such as a dielectric constant and mechanical strengths, etc., for use in an electronic device, and to provide an insulated film obtained using the composition as well as an electronic device with the insulated film. SOLUTION: This composition comprises a polymer obtained by polymerizing a triptycene derivative, as a monomer unit, having a plurality of triple bonds and/or double bonds in total.
