PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance steering stability and ride quality without deteriorating durability. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire 10, a belt layer 15 having a plurality of cord inclined layers 15a, 15b arranged in the tire radial direction in which a plurality of cords extending in the direction inclined with respect to both the tire width direction and the tire circumferential direction are embedded is provided between a crown 14a and a tread 12a of a carcass layer 14, and a spiral reinforcing layer 16 having a plurality of reinforcing cords covering the belt layer 15 over an entire area in its tire width direction from the outer side of the tire radial direction and extending substantially along the tire circumferential direction are embedded between the belt layer 15 and the tread 12a. Both ends in the tire width direction of at least the widest cord inclined layer 15a out of the plurality of cord inclined layers 15a, 15b form bend parts 17 bent inward of the tire radial direction.
